Stake, unstake and claim are each one signature and take effect in the next block. There is no lock-up and no cooldown.
Stake and unstake
Sign a STAKE or UNSTAKE intent from your wallet; the relayer submits it. Rewards already earned stay claimable after you unstake.
Claims
A CLAIM intent credits your USDC rewards to your trading balance. Staking.pendingReward(account) shows what is claimable now; the CLAIM intent can carry a minimum so it never claims less than you saw.

| reward per share | += reward ÷ total staked, at each distribution |
| your pending reward | staked × (reward per share − your last checkpoint) |
| nobody staked | the reward goes to the development fund instead of being stranded |
